Licensed in 1999, Leigh served as an individual agent for 10 years. In 2010, she joined Keller Williams and began growing a team. Needing leverage and family/work balance by this time, she hired an assistant and a buyer's agent. By 2015 her team, On The Move Charlotte, consisted of 3 producing agents which sold 74 Units allowing her the freedom to develop the Productivity Coaching program at a top ranked market center - SouthPark in the Carolinas Region. Her passion for helping others and her success in developing productive agents on a team now allows her the opportunity to excel in her current role as Director of Sales and Real Estate Coach for On The Move Charlotte. In 2018, the Team assisted over 150 families purchase homes for a total of over 60M in Volume.
